The primary purpose of collecting your data is to provide and improve our AI-driven root cause analysis and MTTR reduction tools. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Train our anomaly detection models specific to your infrastructure baseline.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send critical alerts regarding your system's health.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your infrastructure data. All telemetry data in transit is encrypted using TLS, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Payment Information

All INR transactions are processed through certified third-party payment gateways. Sentinel AI does not store your full credit card numbers or UPI details on our servers.
